Wrist Flexion Stretch

Wrist Flexion Stretch

This exercise will improve the flexibility of your wrist flexors.

Start on your hands and knees with your palms flat on the floor and your fingers facing toward your knees. Keeping the elbows locked and elbow pockets forward, lean forward and back feeling a stretch throughout your wrists as far as you can tolerate. You can progress the stretch by lifting your palms up and pressing the fingers into the floor. To regress, you can start in a standing position and lean on a table. Perform this daily for 1 minute.
