Wrist Extension Stretch

Wrist Extension Stretch

This exercise will improve the flexibility of your wrist extensors.

Start on your hands and knees with the back of your hands flat on the floor and fingers pointing towards each other. Keep your elbows locked and elbow pockets facing forwards. Lean side to side feeling a stretch throughout your wrists as tolerated. To regress, you can put your hands against a wall or stand with your hands positioned on a table. Perform this daily for 1 minute.
