Upper Trapezius Stretch

Upper Trapezius Stretch

This exercise will improve the flexibility of your upper trapezius muscles and posture.

Place your right hand behind your back and tilt your head to the left. Try not to lean your body or force your head. Apply light pressure with your left hand on top of your head. Take 5 deep breaths filling your ribcage with each deep breath. Repeat on the other side.
