Toe Spread Reaches

This exercise will improve the strength of your foot intrinsics.

Start in standing and place your right heel on the ground. Spread your toes and reach them as long as you can. Press your right foot and toes into the ground and hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 10-20 times on each side.
