Big Toe and Top of the Foot Stretch

This exercise will improve mobility throughout your big toe.

Start by standing and bringing the left foot behind you with the top of the toes pressed into the floor. Breathe and hold for 30-60 seconds. Then move the heel in and out to increase the stretch for another 30-60 seconds.
