This exercise will improve balance, coordination and control of your core.

Start on all fours with your hands and knees shoulder width apart. Lock out your elbows and turn your elbow pockets forward. Find a neutral spine and extend your right arm and left leg together. Alternate between sides for prescribed sets and reps.
