Gaze Holds

This exercise will improve your gaze stabilization.

Start by holding a stick at arms length in front of you and up high. Keeping your head and neck centered, look up and focus on the stick for 10 seconds. Move the stick to the upper diagonal and repeat the hold for 10 seconds. Repeat all the way around the circle at 8 different points. Complete the whole circle 2 more times.
