V Stretch on the Wall

This exercise will improve flexibility throughout your inner thigh muscles.

Start all the way up against the wall then turn yourself around and drop your legs down. Bring your arms to the side and take some nice deep breaths and hold the stretch for as long as you can. Repeat 2 more times.
