Standing Hamstring Stretch

Standing Hamstring Stretch

This exercise will improve flexibility throughout your hamstrings.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Rotate or tip your pelvis forward, shift your hips back and bend your knees slightly to feel the stretch throughout the back of your thighs. Bring hands over your head to elongate the spine and increase the stretch. Hold for 5 deep breaths.
