Platysma Stretch

This exercise will improve flexibility throughout your neck.

In a seated position, place one hand on top of your sternum and the other hand on top. Slowly look up, bringing your face to the sky. Try not to clench your jaw. Take 5 deep breaths and hold for 1 minute. Return to start position and repeat a second time.
