Hip Drops

This exercise will help improve rotation throughout your hips.

Keep the feet a little wider than shoulder width apart and rotate both knees to the right toward the floor. Pause at the bottom, take a breath, then rotate to the left. Try not to let your back lift off the floor during this exercise. Repeat 10-20 times.
