Half Kneeling Calf Stretch

This exercise will improve mobility at your ankle.

Start in a half kneeling position with a pad under your left knee. Apply pressure on top of your right thigh and lunge forward. Make sure your hip and/or foot do not turn out as you shift your weight forward. Hold for 1-2 minutes.
