This exercise will improve how your neck feels and moves.

Start by holding a piece of Theraband or a Gray Cook Band in front of you and lie down on your back. Pull the band apart bringing the band to your chest. Make sure your elbows are fully extended. Move your head freely like a bobblehead doll for 10 seconds trying to let go of any tension throughout your neck muscles. Repeat 10 times.
