Assisted Straight Leg Raise

This exercise will improve mobility and stability of your hip.

Start by lying on your back with both legs extended. Pull a resistance band apart bringing both hands to the floor. With an extended foot, lift and lower one leg. Try to keep both knees fully extended throughout the exercise. Complete the prescribed sets and reps.
