Arch Lifts

This exercise will improve the strength of your foot intrinsics.

Place a pen or stick under the middle of your foot. Try to lift the ball of your foot and bring it towards your heel to create a dome. The goal is to lift the arch of your foot off the stick.

Repeat 10 times on each foot.
